Equator and Maldives

Thank you so much for reading my last post and commenting. I was surprised that anybody still had my blog in their feed.

After the crappy weather, lots of sunshine and warmth.

A cocktail (or two) of course

A souvenir from crossing the equator

Returned to the Maldives, a lot has changed since I was last there in 1987. The water is still beautiful though.

  1. This looks oh so relaxing (not the rough seas in the last one, that looked terrible. I would have been vomiting the whole way). Look at that water colour, just stunning (although I do prefer it a bit more turquoise ;)

  4. You are such a well travelled gal! I'd love to go to the Maldives one day! How cool to have a little paper boat as a souvenir of crossing the Equator! Love the "add caption' sunset too......;-))

  9. Love all the boat pictures - especially the paper one and the one with the tail or whatever you call it. Was that your cruise liner in the background of the orange boat? looks like a wonderful time, and the weather cooperated this time too.
